COVID-19 Policy

To maximize the safety of cleaning personnel and the safety of residents, we ask that cleaning personnel follow the protocol below:

• Wash and disinfect hands before and after entering each unit.

• Use only EPA-approved disinfectants.

• Wear clean, new shoe-coverings (‘booties’) for each unit.

• Wear clean, new gloves for each unit.

• Wear a cloth face covering for the entirety of your time spent onsite at each community.

• Use clean, fresh materials (cloths, sponges, etc.) for each unit.

• Wipe down cleaning equipment used (brooms, vacuums, etc) with disinfectant wipes between cleans.

• Sanitize keys prior to handing them back to the on-site team.

• Remain in constant contact with the Amenify Corporate team to ensure continued safety.
